Yes, each session is completely exclusive, so when you book, it will only be you using the field during that time unless you have invited friends or family to come along with you.

 Each Buddy Land is entirely encircled by 6ft metal fencing which is buried into the ground to prevent dogs from escaping over or under the perimeter. Access to each field is provided via a 6 ft  metal gate. Car parking is found inside each gate, so that your dog can be safe and sound in the car when the gate is opened on entry and exit.

You will receive a 4 digit code via text and email, 1 hour before your booked session is due to start. When you arrive for your session, ensure that the previous customer has left the field, then drive up to the gate. You will need to exit your car and approach the gate. You will see a keypad on the gate where you should enter the code you received via text and email. This will allow you to open the gate fully so you can drive your car inside the field. Make sure you shut the gate behind you to ensure a 100% secure perimeter. Please note that full location details and entry instructions will also be emailed to you following booking.

Yes, each Buddy Land is visited at least once a week to ensure the integrity of the fencing, gates, water source and equipment provided, as well as to clear the field of any stray poo. We are also in close contact with daily users of each Buddy Land to ensure that standards and features are maintained on a daily basis.

No, however each Buddy Land is only available to book during daylight hours, so this shouldn’t cause any inconvenience.

Yes, each field will have at least one water source suitable for your dog to drink from. You may of course use this water source to wash your dog however we do not provide open bodies of water for swimming and bathing as not all owners enjoy a soggy doggy in their car!

As when walking your dog in public, you are responsible for picking up your dog’s poo at Buddy Land. We provide biodegradable dog waste bags and bins at every Buddy Land to help make this as easy as possible. The bins are emptied weekly and each field is checked at least weekly. We reserve the right to refuse bookings from anyone who does not pick up after their dog.

Every Buddy Land is accessed via car, and uses matting to form a path from the car parking to the shelter. However please note that adverse weather conditions may make the path wet, muddy and/or slippery and the path does not encircle to entire field.

Yes!

Yes, you may change or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your booked session is due to start. After that you will not be able to change the booking or receive a refund. To change your booking, login to your account via our website and manage your booking from there. 

You may cancel a booked session up to 24 hours before the session is due to start to receive a full refund. You may do this by logging into your online account via our website and managing your booking from there. Unfortunately you will not be able to cancel a booking less then 24 hours before it is due to start and we will be unable to issue a refund.

We aren’t able to offer refunds or rescheduling due to adverse weather conditions, however please note that there is shelter in every Buddy Land as standard which can be used to take cover from the rain or sun.

As many as you like! Our pricing is a flat rate per session so during your booked session you may walk as many dogs as you have. However please be conscious that each session is 50 minutes long and you must vacate the field when your allotted time is up so that the next walker may have exclusive use of the field for their booked session.

All bookings are subject to availability but if the session you would like is available on a regular basis then yes, absolutely! We also offer a discounted price for booking multiple sessions.

Buddy Lands are available to book for a 50 minute session starting on the hour of every daylight hour, every day of the year. Each session is charged at a flat rate of £15 for a one-off session, £14 when buying a block of 5 and £13 when buying a block of 10.

Buddy Lands are available to book during daylight hours every day of the year. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. For emergencies outside of office hours please call +000 0000 0000

You can use the booking page on the website to find your nearest Buddy Land location. Each location also has a page on the website with key details of what you will find at that Buddy Land and the field’s exact location. Upon booking, you will be emailed all the details you need for that location including directions. We have also ensured that each field is easy to find via Google and Apple maps, so that using either will take you directly to the entrance of each Buddy Land.
